Romans International is a unique luxury car company based in Banstead Surrey. Situated next to the showroom once was a pub which closed and therefore the property and land was put on the market for sale. Romans purchased the property along with the land with the intention of extending their thriving business. They did this in order to extend their current forecourt.

We assisted with the installation of the posts for the lighting and also the concrete for the floor which according to the specification was to be tarmac finish.

The requirements were for the lorry to be cleaned before being sent to the premises and the minimal amount of mess. As with many of our clients the exact amount of concrete required was uncertain. However this is not a problem as our batch on site machinery means the required amount can be produced as and when needed therefore no waste charges were applied to the total cost.
